The consulting teams at Petrafound are all led by director level industry subject matter experts with at least 15 years of domain experience and a delivery track record spanning multiple projects across a number of geographies. Invariably our team members are practitioners rather than generic management or domain area consultants.
Petrafound is led by Peter Kruger, founder and consulting director with over 30 years of experience delivering programs, projects and business transformation initiatives in public and private enterprises across the EMEA region.
Leveraging years of knowledge and experience Peter has built a wealth of relationships with industry experts and business partners. Drawing from this large pool of interim and contract resources, Petrafound is able to mobilize the “A-Team” at short notice to provide tailored project leadership to discerning clients.
While our geographical focus is the EMEA region, we work with customers across any of the emerging markets. We are particularly strong in providing strong capital project delivery in complex critical national infrastructure and aviation security projects.
